BidMachine founder and CEO, Pavel Golubev, started as an indie developer shipping casual puzzle games. He made his first $1 million on the App Store in the early 2010s and went on to build an ad-based monetization business, giving anyone the tools to launch and scale mobile apps and games. Today, Pavel sees BidMachine’s mission as helping people discover and develop their talent, grounded in his experience raising seven kids.


Alberto Nutricati is General Manager, leading operations and shaping the strategy behind BidMachine’s flagship Mobile Growth Platform, including mediation, exchange and DSP. Over eight years with the company, he has worked in legal, business development, product and partnerships, playing a key role in its growth as a trusted partner for over 500 publishers worldwide. Before moving into ad tech, Alberto’s background is in commercial and business law within the broader technology sector.


Alex Zhitlukhin joined the company as an Android engineer and advanced to CTO. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology, product and business strategy, combining an engineering background with an MBA from Kozminski University Business School in Warsaw. At BidMachine, Alexander built a team from the ground up to 100 specialists in AI, data and engineering.


Mark D. Fruehan, Global Head of Demand, drives market expansion and revenue growth for BidMachine. With nearly 40 years in mobile, media and ad tech, Mark has held senior executive roles and co-founded ventures with successful exits. He continues to advise and invest within the mobile ecosystem.


Dmitrii Rodionov is VP of Engineering, responsible for the company’s core technology platform. With over 10 years in ad tech, he has built and scaled ML-driven optimization systems and data infrastructure. He previously held engineering leadership roles at Verve Group and Meetup.com, bringing experience from social networks to programmatic advertising.


VP of Sales and Marketing, Paul Childs, oversees BidMachine’s commercial strategy, sales and marketing teams and the company’s position in the global ad tech market. He has defined go-to-market strategies and scaled ad tech businesses through key stages, including fundraising and exits. Prior to joining BidMachine, Paul built one of the first DSPs and was VP of Business Development at Moloco and Mopub. He has an MBA from Imperial College London.
